Another thing seen in the observation is that a lot of students came back for another purchase after going back to their classes.With majority purchasing drinks,chocolatey snack, and fruit shakes. The number of students purchasin at the school cafeteria stayed relatively consistent due to new students and arriving and other students leaving to go back in their classroom. However, the number of people eating inside the cafeteria room lowered in numbers. Another observation is that as the time persist to tick the more students become less impatient in the outside cafeteria store, as result the majority of students became more loud and rowdy. The time given for the observation was about to end,observers left the cafeteria in 9:18 am. With a few minutes left majority of the students got back into their classrooms while some still rushed to buy a few items. In our observation our target are grade 10 students, but with our designated time being 9:00 am - 9:20 am the target observant were not present during the observation, since the grade 10 observants take recess from 10:20 am-10:40 am. However, the students observed is still a beneficial data considering both the observed students and grade 10 students are relatively similar.The number of students purchasin at the school cafeteria stayed relatively consistent due to new students and arriving and other students leaving to go back in their classroom. However, the number of people eating inside the cafeteria room lowered in numbers. Majority of the students purchased sandwiches, shakes, water bottle etc. While inside the cafeteria it's more organized as there is a designated line for students. Majority of individuals inside the cafeteria room are purchasing rices meals and drinks with most pairing rice with siomai . What is also observed is that, students would loudly tell to the vendors what they wanted as they try to cut through the sea of people. Some items snacks were already being refilled as many students crowded the outside canteen.Time: 9:08 am As recess begun, the number of students going to the cafeteria are adding up. The outside cafeteria store's demographics are majority female while inside the cafeteria room majority are male. Even with the start of the recess the number of unorganized Formation began to start, students rushing to buy snacks as a result the environment becomes rowdy. In addition , majority of the students going to the cafeteria room goes in groups ranging from 2 to 5 students.Time 9:00am-9:20am Tinajeros national highschool canteen Grade 10 The time given for the observation from 9:00am- 9:20am, which is the time for recess of certain grade levels. Which could mean that there is a opportunity for a student to be observed.The theory applied in this paper is the "Human Capital Theory" formulated by Becker G. (1962) and Rosen S. (1976): The Human Capital Theory is a concept that "any stock knowledge or characteristic the worker has (either innate or acquired) that contributes to his or her 'productivity' "(The Basic Theory of Human Capital, N.D). It's applicable to use this theory for this study because as it's stated, the employee's wisdom, value, work ethic, skills, etc. Can improve the service or the product's quality. That's why majority of employers looks for people who are capable in this environment, whether with experience or not.
