To be honest, I'm actually impressed with them, as they were able to act much faster than Hasbro with their Warden by pulling the Thundershots off the shelves in a span of 2 weeks.

The disconnect between Buzz Bee and Venerate Media Group is still a tad concerning and I do hope they actually look into it. Unless I've missed something from Adventure Force, Buzz Bee social media should be the place to get relevant blaster news/content. I wish they would post these kinds of updates about known problems and solutions rather than having an unaffiliated creator need to poke and prod for those answers. I do appreciate your insight into the troubled Thundershot production but I really think someone on their payroll needs to be making/further facilitating the kinds of responses that you've posted.

I can't believe anyone would ever say that about you. All the reviews I have watched by you are very fair and unbiased. And good on Buzz Bee for trying to mitigate this as quickly as possible, Hopefully, this and quality issues with other blasters is fixed soon. I have been a major buzz bee fan for a long time. And the one time I have dealt with a representative of theirs was very positive. (I thought I had commented earlier, but it looks like it didn't go though.)

I find the Venerated Media issues a lot more concerning than the different thundershot versions. Hopefully they can resolve those problems quickly. If they were this willing to deal with the priming catch issues, hopefully they'll solve the Venerated Media problems pretty quickly as well.

They're already on that as well, I got a follow up from the Senior VP and the Director I normally deal with specifically about that. They are going to handle more things themselves from here on out.

Thanks @MongooseJake. The first blaster I ever bought was the Sentinel. I'm glad this was resolved with a happy ending. Here's an idea that I have shared with Buzz Bee in their social media and perhaps, now that you're finger is on the pulse, how about revisiting the Sentinel and improve the lever and make it more comfortable by changing the shape and padding it and still keep it metal? Also make the stock longer and make it dual dart compatible by redesigning the breech to a pusher breech like what the Nexus Pro has. Stay safe and blessed, Sir.

The best, like you said is very subjective. You listen to most influencers and they hate the Nerf Ultra Amp. I, on the other hand love it. It doesn’t mean I’m right and they’re wrong, it’s all personal preference. Be it brand, dart type, fly wheel vs pump or whatever it is, whatever makes you happy so be it. In the end this is all about having fun and if you can have fun using a Jolt, an Ultra blaster, a Buzz Bee blaster or a Nexus Pro it is all up to you and your choice.

Great to see this resolved! This is what our community wanted and I’m happy you’re satisfied. Another good lesson for all companies that us foam flinging consumers are united and we insist upon integrity. That said, Buzz Bee should have communicated earlier and better about this. Also, if Buzz Bee hired Venerated Media to handle their social media presence, they should feel 100% accountable for Venerated’s actions. It won’t look good if they continue this relationship.

Got a new Thundershot last week in the Milwaukee area. All of them that they had in stock were the good version. There also appeared to be better quality darts in the packaging.

I have two points: Point the first: Buzzbee needs to be given credit for seeing a problem and fixing it, and ESPECIALLY because they fixed this as fast as they did. There are bigger brands than BB that would never do something like this, and if they did they'd never do it with the speed that BB did. Give them a round of applause for doing above and beyond for both their partners and their consumers. Point the second: There is no perfect blaster, there are perfect blasters. Meaning: Everyone is going to have one brand/blaster that THEY feel is perfect. Nothing will beat my love for the Nexus Pro, but if you love the Conquest or the Aeon Pro for example then GREAT, I'm happy you found the product that fits YOUR specific need. If you love a Nerf blaster over Dart Zone then GREAT! I personally think you can't beat DZ but I'm not going to rail on you for liking Nerf over DZ.

That’s great to hear the black catch is the one that was meant to be released and is going to be on shelves now but just a side note the very poor sear system will turn out to be rare somehow some way just because they took them off shelves and if somehow people still have a intact version

Oh, I have zero issue with Buzz Bee and am now more in support of them than ever. Venerated Media is the only one I have issue with, in regards to false statements made about me. At this point though, I'm just moving forward and not looking back. That's why this is the conclusion.

Free product is free product, and I have always clearly stated what and when I have received a free test example of anything. A blaster in and of itself is not a monetary payment, and I stand firmly in that statement. I've never been paid for any review, simply put. Never will either, as it's my hope that eventually the channel will just naturally progress to have a tidy income that can cover it's own costs.

That's basically the same thing I said in my video about what to look for and I know it wasn't their fault but it just kind of made him look bad with the social-media thing but at least we know that is not then posting on social media And I never really saw what the big deal was anyway it's not like it's a $50 Blaster it's a $10 toy blaster I mean people going off the deep and it was kind of funny to me after point cuz it just showed me how shallow and narrow-minded people really are

People don't understand how production works and how long it takes to make things. It takes time to produce a large batch of something. They aren't just made over night. Miscommunication can happen a lot with companies in china

Finding the source of the issue, stopping production, getting Walmart to pull products off shelves and out of warehouses, and then get the correct product going into rushed production and then already getting it on shelves? That's a Herculean feat to me to accomplish in 2 weeks.

Well, especially with you being a influencer, contact Buzz Bee's customer service and you can get a free replacement. I have viewers that have been able to get a replacement, so Buzz Bee is even going the extra mile for regular customers as well.
