@@skylinerunner1695 last I heard from her she was living with her aunt in North Carolina, been about 6 years since I last heard from her, she also had family in Oregon, Texas and Arizona, Johanna and I were very close at one time, we worked at the same company for close to 5 years, we got along perfectly, we both like the outdoors, hunting. Fishing, both of us were into fitness,and we were both veterans, she left the company years ago when we got unionized( she didn't like Unions) anyway we kept in contact for a couple years afterward, but we lost contact, hopefully we'll see each other again!😘😀😀😀❤

@@randybarnett2308 Hey Randy, that's awesome, brother. Sounds like one of those rare cases of total chemistry. It reminded me of myself and a lovely woman I was seeing on Vancouver Island. Much like yourself and your friend, we shared so many things like fitness, nature, music etc but most importantly a world view and approach to life. She made all else fall away and it was plain to see we had found that rare and harmonious union that fills a life with colour and meaning. Her parents and siblings were also great people and welcomed me readily into their midst. Unfortunately I had to return to Europe due my brother going into hospital but we made solid plans together for when I got back. I was gone for several months as my family rallied round my brother as he struggled with some life-threatening episodes due to his PTSD (he'd been deployed on several gruelling tours to Oman and Afghanistan). Sadly, she then informed me that she was no good at long distance relationships and then the dreaded words: 'I still want you as a friend'. She then let me know she'd moved on to someone new and that it was serious. I didn't give up hope, however, as I believed something this right was worth saving. I made it back to BC and emailed her to meet (as friends) to catch up over coffee but she declined due to her relationship. After all we'd shared and the depth of that bond, and the loving things she'd said and done, I still can't figure out why she let us go. I wish her well, though, she had a smile that made me forget to breathe.
