I saw a guy on the bus have a seizure but no one could do anything since he was bleeding from his mouth. This one girl helped him since she was a nurse. I was a student studying to be a Pharmacy Technician and didn’t know what to do. It was scary 😟 the bus driver told us all to get off the bus and so I did.

When Monica mentioned about Rocko having a seizure, I got chills. You can die from them. There’s a lot that can trigger them to come on. If I’m not mistaken, one of those triggers can be STRESS. A lot of times we stress not knowing that we are actually stressing. I am so happy that he is well. That is scary! Mo! Keep an eye out on him!
@CandanceOnline Жыл бұрын
Right , When she said that about her son , my Thoughts went back to The Boy who was on Disney Name Cameron Boyce Who just Died @ just 20 years old Of A Seizure in his Sleep , His Parents came out & talked about him having them as a young child but they went away , but came right back as their son turned 20 yrs old & it's like that at times they can have One & it never comes back , but In certain situations I guess the Brain can be triggered & so on & what's scarier In Cameron's Case he would have Seizure's in his Sleep & That's how he died is by having Seizure in his Sleep & I'm guessing His room-mates tried to wake him up & he wouldn't wake up from sleeping & died .

If a person is having a seizure, put them in the recovery position and keep talking to them. Basically lay them on their right side with their right arm under their arm under their head (like a pillow). That'll help keep them stabilized until the medics arrive.

Me too... I never had a seizure before was growing nice and healthy and then March 2002 happened was in church was having a massive headache, sat down next to my mom didnt tell her that I wasnt feeling good so I just laid my head in her lap while she seated her self cuz the pastor was getting ready to preach, she said I started vomiting n went through 3 seziures. She scream out for them to stop the service .When I went to the hospital they immediately ran a MRI and cat scan and the scan showed that I have hydrocephalus which is a rare condition where excessive amounts of water builds up on the brain which cause pressure and extreme swelling to the head making the head appear larger than its normal size.. I had to get brain surgery done where they inserted a Vp shunt also known as a tube to help control the excessive fluids from sitting on my brain.. I was having seizures for 2 years straight after the surgery. I been seizure free since 2004 been off meds since 2009.. Just have to pay attention to make sure my tube is draining my fluids properly cuz if they not so many things can go wrong. I can have seizures, brain bleeds, lose my vision

This is my favorite reality show. Why? Because it’s not filled with drama, as in fights and grown women calling each other the B word and just totally downright disrespecting one another. What you see are women, men, and kids all growing, learning, and going through life together and getting through whatever ups and downs that they may endure as friends and family. In so many words, it’s POSITIVE. I look at Monica. I just love her STRENGTH. But she’s not afraid to cry. Crying is HEALING! I look at Tip. Yes, we can bring up things of his past, but we all have a past. I love how he bonds and teaches his children. There’s a lot that we as viewers can take away from this show. Love from the Bay Area! ❤️

I felt what Monica was saying about him not going on the trip and him possibly being 4 hours away. My son was 13 when he had his first seizure at gym laying on the floor not breathing and the school called me on the phone waiting for him to start breathing again. The first time I witness my son, he was getting ready for school and I stepped out of the room to come back and find him slumped over his chair gasping for air. Hang in there Monica, I love you so much, I was crying with you. Hugging you real tight from (Maryland). Prayers up for Lil Rocko. 🙏🏽

This brought me to tears. My son started having seizures at 10 months old. Before the first one started I decided to stay at my parents house for some odd reason. That night about 2 am he had a seizure. I'm so happy that I made the decision to stay. My parents were there to help and my mom is a nurse so she knew exactly what it was and what to do. I was so terrified. He spent 3 days in the hospital due to some complications from the seizures. Thanksgiving day when he was 6 years old is when he had his last seizure. He had about 30 seizures from 10 months to age 6. He's now 14 and seizure free but I still get anxiety thinking what if it happens again.

I know someone who has frequent seizures. I met him in 2013 and even now in 2020 it's still so scary when it happens. I just can never get used to it. It's so scary and it takes a lot out of him. Prayers for your son. ❤

I know exactly how she feels. My mom knows what she’s going through. When I was just 2 I was diagnosed with seizures & epilepsy. I would always have them back to back nonstop. My mother told me a incident where I was in her arms & I dropped out her arms & hit my head on the concrete. Rushed to the hospital in similar fashion to rocko. I had to wear helmets & all. With God all things are possible in my situation I outgrew them. My last seizure was at 4 years old. I haven’t had one since then. I’m now 26 years old. 22 years without one. I hope God heals him right now. I hope God let’s Monica know she’s not in it alone.
