I think it's a bad precedent to let Heather lie to production about things like protecting Jen and the black eye, but then go on and let her be outraged over Monica to the point that they bully her off the show. I feel like Heather is going to have an even bigger ego this time around. And I'm very nervous that this next season is just going to be all the women pretending to be fully traumatized and shellshocked by Reality Von Tease. They had no problem with their friend stealing the life savings from old people, but someone runs a little troll account on instagram and that's the end of the world. It's ridiculous.

I think placing this all on the feet of Heather is a weird call. Firstly it was obvious to everyone that Jen gave her the black eye, I could only imagine that in person it was even more obvious to the producers. If anything, Heather saved them the headache of some insane HR by not attacking like she was dramatically assaulted by a coworker. She was protecting her abuser; she’s a survivor of the Mormon church, it’s literally what they’re brainwashed to do. Second, the entire cast wanted Monica gone, I don’t see how it’s Heather’s sole responsibility? The biggest error Monica made was her reunion performance; she could have spun it for max drama with low impact, but instead was petulant, throwing low blows, and overall bad reunion I knew she blew her last chance to come back.

@@andydietrich3689 That's not why Heather lied. She was concerned that it would hurt Jen's court case sentencing. Heather lied to production, to the other women, and the viewers to protect a criminal. So the cast is going to pretend to be outraged by Monica, they should at least be consistent and criticize Heather for exhibiting the same or worse behavior as Monica.

I, too, also believe that Monica is on pause. I think that production is going to realize quickly that she is needed. I really loved Monica on her season but her reunion performance just sealed the deal for her based on what the audience saw. I mean, I'm not sure if it was franken-edited, but at one point she was saying that the FBI was having her follow Jen Shaw and all that - and at that point, she lost her next season for me. She needed to have Kenya Moore energy at the reunion.
