I like Monica on SLC, but nobody likes the yelling. The yelling has to stop. It looks impulsive and it's distracting. I feel like maybe Monica feels like people aren't listening to her (or in this case, they said something inaccurate about her call the S Service) and so she must yell her point. She doesn''t have to correct everyone, all she needs to do is state the facts in a calm manner and if people don't hear it then let them look simple. Problem solved.
