I know this is an old video but can you answer a question for me please? I bought the nyx liquid suede in alien. Obviously it doesn’t dry down. If I use duraline on it will it work to proof it?

@@nikielgin3785 I’m sorry- I’ve never used duraline. If you can’t get a full dry down liquid lipstick- I would recommend trying to set it with either a lip safe black eyeshadow or a translucent face powder?

Honestly my all time favorites for liquid lipsticks are the KVD, Black Moon Cosmetics, and Pretty Zombie Cosmetics. For bullet lipsticks, my favs are the Colourpop in Aeronaut and the Sephora LipStories!

@@MonicaAdrianna Sabrina Rudnik is awesome. It is actually a 1€ Brand and I got it on eBay (somethimes theire sell it on Halloween in the stores ). The packaging is awefull, but the lipstick it self is really not that bad. It does not smell strange, the color is opaque , not oily and it stays on you lips. Ofcourse it will stain on you're bottles, ect and is not kiss proof, but it does not get patchy, just by rubbing youre lips and loocking at some bottles, ect. After a while it get more matte. But I would recomend a lip brush, or a dark Lipliner. essence actually had a nice bulled lipstick in black, but it is gone now😣

Well there have been alot of good feedback with the kvd witches liquid lipstick and the brand is pretty higher-end brands like too-faced and lime crime so I can already tell you that it's going to come out amazing.I just purchased it from ulta and I haven't tried it yet but I've seen a million reviews and not one of them were negative so I'd get the kvd instead of the fenty since the fenty one can dry out your lips and make your lips crusty but if your up for it then don't let me stop you

Is the kvd vegan doing good vegan beauty lipstick transfer proof? Now that they are also sold on ulta, I really wanna try them and be able to wear them under my mask. I just feel so incomplete sometimes when I got my eyes done up and bare lips lol

They are transfer proof but quite drying, just a heads up. Also check and see if they color you're looking for can be bought in a mini size rather than the full size version so you can test the formula first and pay half the price, I went to Ulta not too long ago wanting the Bow n Arrow liquid lipstick and found that they had it in a mini size for half the price!

@@gabriellesevilla410 I wish! I truly wish I did but I don't wear makeup when I know I'm going to wear my mask. I would assume that a true liquid to matte liquid lipstick would stay on under a mask...I assume. So like KVD liquid lipsticks, Black Moon Cosmetics liquid lipsticks, etc.

I've found that if I moisturize my lips really well before I start my makeup (i.e. like 30 to 40 minutes before I apply lipstick) then the KVD doesn't feel as drying all day! I really like it personally and really want to try other shades xo

I have tried the Swede matte bullet lipstick (not in black but in the shade Girl, Bye (crimson shade), Spicy (red) and Soft Spoken (medium nude) and they are amazing, they smell great and look amazing with the lip liners. I think you got a bad dud. I hope one day you try the bullet lipstick again cuz this is a great line of bullet lipsticks from NYX.

I have a KVD lipstick and I love it but I have miss placed it so I went to get a new one Ulta was out of the black so I instead got the MAC Caviar retro liquid lipstick because Ulta employees recommended it and I really wanted to wear some black lipstick. Ooo- I would say the Black Moon cosmetics one, that one is slightly more affordable and I think is perfect for a newbie to black lipsticks! Otherwise to get used to wearing the black color, I would recommend bullet lipsticks from the Sephora collection and from Colourpop!

All of Maybelline lipsticks smell the same, that weirdly bad plasticky smell. Like its supposed to be a "sweet" smell, but thats like normal for the brand lol. Basically, the lipstick isint expired or gone bad lol. (I dont buy them for the smell too. And most of them look very opaque. Their nude ones are okish tho, my mom likes it)
