Yours is the only video I come back to every time I clean my ninja! Thank you!

I was about to toss this coffee maker because of the vague cleaning instructions... seems several videos that were not as enlightened as your video. Thank you!! You saved my coffee bar lol. Cheers!

I’m just gonna comment every time I use this video to clean my system. This must be my 5th or 6th time using the video. Ninja should upload this to their website and pay you royalties!!

Thank you again. Your instructions are outstanding. The process works each and every time I utilize your instructional video. Do you have any other tips? Thanks a bunch.

Thank you so much for posting this Monica! The manual that comes with the CF112 is WRONG (it doesn't bother to mention that the "Clean" light will blink during each 15 minute cycle). and your video gives you the correct instructions for cleaning this machine. BTW: The 15 minute BEEP interval is ONLY applicable to the cleaning cycle with the vinegar/water. The rinsing cycle will simply pump the fresh water through the system and then beep after every cupful.
@MonicaMosier11347 жыл бұрын
+feinstei so glad I could help! If you need anything else let me know! And yes you are right about the rinsing cycle
@annstringe46828 жыл бұрын
Followed your instructions. Light does not quit blinking no beeping. I don't. have hard water so usually no problem here in Co.
@MonicaMosier11348 жыл бұрын
Ann Stringe there is a 4 hr cleaning that may help you just fill it up with the vinegar and water as you would normally do then hold down the clean button for 5 secs! it should start then you just let it do its thing. try unplugging it first for a few mins to see if that does anything if that don't work i would def try the 4 hr cleaning. hope this works

also during the flush cycle make sure you continue to pushing the clean button until every bit of water is gone or until it won't dispense anymore water

This is pretty helpful, but the only thing that is still confusing me is what the light does after the 15 minutes is up. For example, if I'm in the other room during the cleaning cycle and I don't hear it beep (it's very quiet), how will I know if it's done? Does the light stop flashing and become solid when it's time to push it again?
@MonicaMosier11346 жыл бұрын
Easy set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes that way you know for sure it's done go back and hit the clean button again hit that clean button after every cycle until the water and vinegar mix is gone. then refill the reservoir with clean water pushing the clean button after every cycle until it's gone your light should go off after that

Thank you for this. Just to make sure I understand - I'm waiting for the 15 minute beeps every cycle, including the plain water flush?
@MonicaMosier11347 жыл бұрын
+Kimberly Gray yes
@PP-mh9ub7 жыл бұрын
For the plain water cycle, you don't have to wait 15 minutes.
@MonicaMosier11346 жыл бұрын
I misunderstood the question the very first time you press the clean button you wait for 15 minutes then it should beep what happens during that 15 minutes is your pot heats up to a certain temperature to help the descaling process so it's soaks during that 15 minutes what I do sometimes it's set an alarm on my phone for 15 minutes and come back and press the clean button again what happens after that let the cycle run when it stops press clean again until all of your cleaning solution and water solution has run out refill the reservoir with water clean water and after every cycle press the clean button until the reservoir is completely empty and you should be done

thank you for the video. Just thought I'd mention my drip stop on/off switch is opposite than the model you are using. It was early when i watched your video so i had the volume muted (so i didn't wake anyone up) needless to say I shut the drip stop instead of making sure it was open! maybe i should have made a cup of coffee and opened my eyes before cleaning it.. lol

Question for Monica or anyone else who might know.... Will the Ninja continue to function normally even if the "Clean" light is on? If one ignores the "Clean" light, can the brewer be used? The reason I ask is that I have deionized water with no minerals in it. My "Clean" light still comes on, but I know that the machine does NOT have to be cleaned since there's no minerals at all in the water.

My ninja won’t clean a full cycle or brew a full cycle. It beeps 5 times during a brew and stops, and it beeps 5 times (higher pitched) during a cleaning cycle and also stops. It won’t complete either one. Any advice? Thanks

Love my Ninja coffee brewer. But must admit the clean cycle aggravated me.
@9b85e5da6d6 жыл бұрын
I always use distilled water so i know there is no internal calcium buildup in mine. I did find a button holding key sequence a while back on the internet that instantly cleared/canceled the clean led without the full clean cycle, but can't remember or find it online now. If anyone knows please share. I'm sure Ninja will not disclose this.

Actually this single serve works like crap! Does not even fill a full cup of coffee... even with the setting set to full max container. I have to sute by the machine an keep pressing the classic serve indicator like 5 times just to fill a 8 oz cup. Luckiley this was given as a gift an I did not have to pay my mooney to buy this Ninja CF112 Coffee Bar Single-Serve System - my advice is... dont by this model. Of you want to sit by this machine for 5 nearly 5 mins just to get a 8 oz cup of coffee. A piece of me just wanted to go to the store an buy a cup.
