38:50 Not sure how to put this kindly and you probably hate me anyway for having this opinion, but, hmm... there are times when the LRR crew responds well to "pedantry" on AFK and those streams always end up better for it, and then there are times where the first person to respond has this attitude and even the people who usually don't react that way go along with it and it reminds me of being bullied for being autistic in middle school.

I don't think the crew hates people having opinions being contrary to theirs or that they're necessarily "against" pedantry all the time. I choose to interpret that part of the stream as the crew being supportive of their co-worker/colleague's needs *in the moment*, and that's something about which they've almost always been consistent.
