political science includes study of every aspects of politics... it's history..the present and also what future is ought to be... nothing is irrelevant ...every theory contributes to the present we are living.... everything is connected..i know its seems useless but...you can't understand present if you dont know the history.....i see it that way:)

Mam'm . Can this be the criticism of Austin's monistic theory if not please correct me (humble request) :- Austin theory talks about the absoluteness , but in reality , one person who is sovereign restricted to touch private property , he should follow Divine rule (as u told us) , he has to follow constiutution. In this way we found that. Person who is sovereign also have some restrictions on it. It therefore we can say " absoluteness is one of the criticism of Austin theory".

Definitely Shubham you are very correct. Austin said that his Sovereignty is absolute but in reality there are restrictions on him which Austin did not recognised thus, in actual practice no sovereign is absolute. Yes, your criticism is right. Thankyou

@@LawMate-YourLegalGuide mam I have one more doubt regarding this . It might be funny. Monistic theory talks about absoluteness but pluralistic theory doesn't . And the person who is sovereign , he's empoweed to issue any law on his own will , but in monistic theory we get to know that sovereign can't exercise absolute power by invoking one's conscience or by invoking customs , social values, ideals or necessity of common interest. My doubt is that. By saying absolute , it means that sovereign doesn't need any consent or approval or not obligated to consult. In wider term can we say monistic theory seems like pluralistic theory bzoc in both theory absoluteness is missing. As I m getting. That was my doubts. Did you got my point mam ? Did u understand what I mean ?

Monistic Theory of John Austin talks about absoluteness and he is Supreme authority in state jo aap keh rahe hain ki woh absolute nahi hai woh criticisms mein likha hua hai and practically bhi sach hai koi bhi absolute nahi hota but iss theory ke hisaab se sovereignty is absolute jab criticisms ki baat aayege tab aap keh sakte hain ki no sovereign is absolute as he has to follow certain customs and traditions and respect the divine law. Abb pluralists ki baat, see pluralist theory simply bass yeh kehti hai ki sovereignty sirf state ke paas hi kyu ho usey divide karo aur jo baaki economical, social and other organisations hain state mein unhein bhi power do means equal power honi chahiye sirf state ke paas power nahi honi chahiye. So yes pluralists absoluteness ki baat nahi karte woh absolute authority Ko condemn karte hain. Isi wajah se pluralists ne criticise Kiya hai John Austin Ko kyuki John Austin ne absolute bataya hai sovereignty Ko. Thankyou
