Thanks much for your presentation. Now in your digram where you explain what M&E is (at position 11:11 of this video) you say that M&E begins at the Output, Outcome & Impact levels. Question: Is this really the case?! In M&E monitoring and Evaluation begins at the inception of an intervention. That is, the formative evaluation where the baseline is noted then input-output monitoring, process evaluation in that order to the impact of the intervention.
