Monitoring and Evaluation of Agricultural Projects is no different from any other project monitoring except that, as an M&E professional you have to understand the theory of change behind implementation of agriculture projects. Agriculture projects are mainly implemented in order to bring about improved livelihoods of communities. Improved productivity of agriculture produce, translates to improved incomes. As a result of improved incomes, community members will have better spending power for better access to education, health and social amenities.
