cool stuff. I hope the devs won't see this as monks now being viable. Monk really needs fast hands and skills to be at least be able to perform, unlike other class where you press and hold one skill and can kill easily. As always, nice pvp.

I don't think monk is going to get nerfed even if the burst is pretty nice, if anything it should get minor buffs

In Blizzard eyes, this is too much n too strong for Monk. Will be nerfed soon. Meanwhile Barb should be getting more buff to keep the class balance because Barb is unpopular class,unlike Monk.

Sorry to always be reaching out to you here as I don't know other ways of messaging you. Zonshini, even if you haven't been playing much DI lately you have to check this build you made but with Crippling Insight helm ess with the new Tranquil Palm OH ess instead of Willbillow! The i-frames of Tranquil is soo amazing to buy time waiting for Mystic Strike to recharge and waiting for peeps' invul to wear off. I've been wrecking it in the BGs and my secondaries aren't even that amazing!

Have you tried the new helmet yet? Replacing Willbillow with Omni to make use of Matter of Mind makes for a very mobile and still very bursty class. The combo looks a bit different. Normally you'd end your combo with a Willbillow but now you end the combo with Peal, gaining bonuses from helm, shoulders, gloomguide's, and all that good stuff before you hopefully crit to CHUUNK your opponent! Having a low CDR dash like Omni just feels so good but giving up a Zen helmet slot and Willbillow might be a bit too steep!!!

If you want to have more burst, you can instead take flying kick with the +19% dmg,. mystic strike with the +5x% dmg and exploding palm eith +19% dmg. It stacks and you can hit them with over 300k crits (with 2,5k Reso)

When i test the wave of light, or any of the +crit dmg eternal lego bonuses, there seems to be no difference from 0/4 and 4/4. Its like none of those function. Yes, using them in proper required conditions stated on descriptions

What's your Legacy of the Horadrim? And what normal gems do you prioritize? Idk if I should go for armour+pen or if I should go for potency+resistence!

To be clear, I'm already willing to use of Seeping Bile, Viper's Bite, and RC which all have powerful DoTs. But we have lots of base damage for the burst so idk what's more important, armour pen or potency... Does potency affect Peal's knockback? If so, that's more reason for potency but idk......

@@PharaohGlaga potency only affects, stun, fear, blind, freeze and dots! I prioritize armor and AP with AP being highest on the list, I do also upgrade resistance and lastly potency

My HP in PvP is 360k most of my enemies were around 340k 390k most of my games are legend, with rarely some golds. Footage was taken from 2 good games one where there were bit more under the 360k mark and other with more higher reso

@@halmisandor7030 also depends if you have high armor penetration, I would say it's possible to play against up to 4k with good secondaries, but going past that it's probably better to use some support build which monk ATM has not....

@@persian118 monk is definitely not the most powerful class, this build apparently also works with lower reso, but the support builds got destroyed HARD and those were better if you wanted to get wins... Now if you casually play PvP monk is fine and in PvE it's quite good, but it is true that monk is bit lacking in PvP... This is the only build ATM that has acceptable power for me for PvP as monk for now

I tried it, but it's really passive playstyle because you lose the movement speed, it's fun and good, but I still prefer the ms

@@bambucha1988 chest gives 40% movement speed with almost 100% uptime, so you have to be extra careful and cannot switch lanes fast if needed... The flying dragon peal build is fun and good, but for me the movement speed for normally moving is very important for engaging and escaping sticky situations also it's easier to surprise your opponents with high movement speed and well placed dash

@@zonshini flying dragon give you small time immunity for hitting. Ill trying your build but maybe to small second stat I have 3.2k armor 3.4k armor pen 3k potency and 3k ressist

For.low.resu you dnt nees to go BG for pvp only. As a low resu we can wait for event like alley of blood and conqeror that has class and gems balance

I don't really like to recommend gems other than some 1/2 stars if the build really needs them, as they might be bad in some other cases... That said some general good gems are BSJ, Starfire and maw for movement speed and extra cc also kir sling is amazing 2 star PvP gem

I really love this build but this is absolutely unplayable in high mmr battleground... You are performing because the people you are facin are way below your resonance. Im playing against people with mostly 6-7k resonance and its completely impossible to play. You are constantly OS no matter what you did. This class is dead and the devs doenst gives a shit about it

Just note I have 360k HP and 3,5k secondaries and most in my lobbies have at least +4k closer to 5k secondaries, my reso is 4119 and while I can't perform as well against 6-7k it's not unplayable against them Btw most on these games have around 340-380k HP so this is quite close to my resonance levels if not higher, with some lower than this one was 320k if I remember correctly also keep in mind this was also with only 2/4 terror items that's another 50% crit DMG that you can slap on to WoL Now if you are expecting to get the best stats against players almost 2x your resonance well that's not going to happen on any class, well maybe barb? But even then that's a stretch

@@zonshini i understand. Im stuck in lobbies where i cant even move without getting stomped by the first hit im taking. Im playing Monk since day One of this game and i am just extremely frustrated by the current situation. I've played Tempest also so i could keep on getting usefull during PvP event and the experience is just like playing another game... The match you are recording looks quit balanced. Lucky you lol. I havent seen that since a few month but The damage is just too high unfortunately.
