Natalie and Adrian are the greatest detective duo since Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes/John Watson duo. Both couples are platonic friendships(which is obvious in the case of Holmes/Watson) and they both shared a very close personal relationship. For instance, Holmes considered Watson to be his ONLY friend and confidante and Adrian Monk does have other friends as does Natalie Teeger but they confide in each other and they trust each other implicitly.

I have to wonder if there was more of an on screen connection between Adrian and Sharona, or Adrian and Natalie. It was really nice that he found a daughter he never knew he had, but he never ended up finding someone to replace Trudy.

I have a theory how the idea of "Monk" started. There was an episode of *Wings*(also starring Tony Shalhoub as Tony Scarpacci) where Steven Weber's Brian hires Casey to be his "wife" to run all his errands and other stuff. She corrects him by saying, "That's not a wife, that's a slave." So he ends up paying her in a very short-lived job as his personal assistant. Throw in a Sherlock Holmes-esque detective and you got yourself a pretty intriguing idea for a new series. LOL!

Beautiful song for a beautiful video! Keep it up 👍 Maybe you can shed some light on a few lingering questions I had based on other posts for other videos. Here's what was all but confirmed: 1. Natalie dies because of Monk. 2. Monk kills himself or gets cops to 3. He gets married and like we see has a little boy. 4. It turns out that most either the last season or last few seasons Monk has been deluding himself into believing that Natalie is still alive and his life is following it's "normal" path. He's actually been locked up in a psychiatric hospital because he caused Natalie's death, or in a coma, or living but can't accept the changes in his life. Thanks so very much!
