They are sure trying to get their money. They take such a long time preparing the food so the video drags on. And they make sure to prepare it in front of the monkey so he can fuss. That's what we all want to see. But this is teasing the monkey. Why not prepare the food elsewhere, then bring it to him? Well, that wouldn't bring in the money.
