She always riles him up!!! How is it that Grandma has the opposite effect on him?? Why do behave like he is an inmate in a military camp??? As soon as I feel you have e started being a good Mom, you do something to reverse all the goodwill. David deserves better!!! He is a good boy; we all know the thumb sucking is non-negotiable for him so please stop asking him not to suck his thumb. It’s like asking someone not to breathe!!!

David has sucked his thumb since the day she got him in the box. Also he would and still does bite his arm, pull his hair, and rock. Many of us believe it is anxiety and stress but she has ignored us and constantly tries to stop David from doing these things by yelling at him and pulling/snatching his finger out of his mouth. I agree, not sucking is non-negotiable. She should get over it and I do not see what the big deal is about his sucking. It does not hurt anything or anyone and it is obvious that he does try to stop. I and others have told her that If she treated him differently, he probably would stop doing it. She does much better showing him attention and talking to him, but its not like a loving mother with the cuddles, soft talk, hugs, and doing mother stuff. She never held him to feed him, always standing his tiny infant body in that big chair and rushing him to hold the large bottle himself. Her motherly priorities were always questionable, but I guess she did the best that she could. One odd thing is that she never wanted him to feed himself but she wanted him to hold the bottle. She has OCD always wiping him and his area and I suspect he felt like he was confined with lots of rules - even as a monkey he could feel this. It was obvious to us viewers. She does not train him to do anything. HIs species is very intelligent as can be seen by other stump tails on monkey channels. I feel he is mistreated without abusing him. I wish she would stop covering his body with the diaper and then putting clothes on. He has fur, full body diaper, and full body clothes. He is probably burning up that is why he tries to scratch a lot, but they will not let him scratch. I try not to say bad things but I cannot help myself.

These diapers are HUGE! Get smaller size diaper for David. Until he feels comfortable and content and secure, he will always suck his thumb. You may think he is content, secure and comfortable, but if he felt it, he would stop sucking his thumb. Give up trying to force him to stop sucking his thumb. You will never win. Let it go. He is not hurting anything. It is no less sanitary than his picking up food from his chair or the floor and eating it. One day he may stop. Please give up on this and let him alone. It is all he has to comfort himself.

David definitely does not need on any clothes. His diaper covers his entire body. Isn't it summer there? David is fully covered on his entire body with fur, diaper, and clothes. Hope he does not pass out from heat exhaustion while you sit there in shorts and a sleeveless top. No wonder he is mad at you all of the time.

Mom, rough treatment and training regimen for dear poor David! You show us that you are cold, but the baby is suffering! Very weak for his age and constantly stressed.
