Mom for the last time please buy her some educational toys, games to stimulate her mind abd keep her occupied. You relad all the time to yourself but never reads to Lyly. Get a tv. Then let her watch something constructive. She would love it. That's why she goes next door. And she sits so quietly and watches it. Let her watch just a couple hours.
