That isn't the biggest problem. Letting her use her hands to eat is the biggest help she needs. She can't even move, carry or hold a thing with her crused crooked hands. She does every task so imperfect that it causes physical disturbance, unease and discomfort just by looking at the Goblin's inability to do any given task other than stealing food and climbing on the window not to share with the hungry, never feed, poor dog.
