Those small stupas found everywhere in kathmandu valleys, once any one can build, people buid those stupas and put their relics, money, or coins inside for their memory. During earthquake 2015, coins from arabs were found indicating that even poeple from arabs have visited these place, made stupas and hid their heritages inside. Locally known as Chipa Dega, these stupas are now completelt banned to built by anone.
