I listened to the comments about using the right cream. Human cream on a primate skin. I am a retired veterinary technician and my prescription is for NO Diaper. Fresh air is best. Do you put a diaper on your dog or cat or chickens?. If you insist that you must have a Macaque (I also hope you are a government registered owner) then treat it right and train it to urinate and deficate outdoors. Best treatment that is natural is a mix of 60% pure aloe vera and 40% pure coconut oil. Keep the area dry and apply 3 to 4 times a day. If he touches the cream you use and puts his fingers in his mouth he will get sick. Aloe and coconut oil are edible and will not make him sick. Monkeys do not get this rash in the wild.

After taking a shower they must be wiped very well.. mom always touches them a little with a towel and just after that puts pampers fitting tightly, then more hours in a day they are on babies loading stools and urine.. before wear pampers wipe area softy and correctly.. my poor innocent baby.. love you so much.. it is pleasure to see mom loves donu so much..

You know these people obtain these monkeys via poaching. They're endangered and illegal to keep as pets. Their mothers are often killed. Once these baby monkeys reach sexual maturity and become difficult to handle and less cute for viewers, they're abandoned in the wild, where they usually die due lack of survival skills and inability to function in a troop with their kind.
