Chris Mozer no. In the wild their moms allow their babies to clasp onto them till the next one is born and they start to forage. There they are among their own species - with babies their age. Other elder monkeys also tend to babies, groom them etc Here he is absolutely alone - Dodo is much older and certainly more aggressive- tends to bite him at the first chance so they aren’t left by themselves. He just needs attention till he is a bit older
