There is no fighting this. Why is that so hard to understand. The government said they can not come back. My god it has been over a month now. They have confiscated others (even if you don't know that) and never ever ever given them back. What makes you think these ones are any different. They aren't to them. They are just another illegally owned primate. They family is not special and neither are the followers to them. They do not make laws so they just stop enforcing them.
