It was but it starts at 30%. The dps especially the wars gotta nuke hard and pop all cooldowns and nature pots at 30%. Even if your guild has shitty dps you wanna kill it in 15 secs or less at 30% so the raid doesnt wipe

whole alliance on Gehennas server got fucked by horde, we ware holding moonglade (one of scarab lord quests) for 3 days and like 3 ppl didnte get scarab lord and on of them was from apes
