People that complain about checking the radio stations don't understand that the radio gives a lot of clues about the last owner and even a hint as to how well the car was taken care of.

Well, if you use the radio, it's nice to know whether or not it works. As for my two cars, have had one for six years, one for eight, and both radios are probably still on whatever stations the previous owners had them. The only thing I ever listen to are MP3s on a thumb drive. Not sure what you think that might say about how I take care of them.

I would choose the Buick to fix in a heart beat. No airbags deployed just a roof skin and glass. Its possible the tailgate has damage but it's hard to tell with all of the plastic covering the damage.

Hello Mike aka Monkey Wrench Mike. The 2011 Ford Focus is a good looking car even though it's got damage in the rear end. The 2020 Mercedes GLK 300 is a good looking car even though it's got damage in the front end.

Whomever owned that poor little Ford had all the good sense and intelligence of your average rutabaga! The expense of repairing that Mercedes is not in the body parts, it is in replacing all of the air bags and thier attendant trim pieces.

That poor focus!! I have one and just seeing that focus just breaks my heart. I love my focus been a bit of a pain though with this winter. New battery and it getting stuck in the parking pad where I can’t get to work

@@jeremyshearer3885 no it is an automatic. I was thinking it was how I had it parked. Where I park it there is a slight hump in front of it and normally I have no problem getting up and over it but this past winter we had a lot of ice and snow. I thought I was being smart and make sure my front tires ( it is obviously front wheel drive so in the winter I back it in so I can get out easily) right on top of the hump so I can just roll out and into our alley. Yeah I apparently had a blond moment so I got stuck on that with the ice and I couldn’t get out and that day my husband was already at work so I was alone and had no one to help me get it out. Trust me I learned my lesson lmao

Without knowing the mileage it's hard to estimate what a 2020 GLC 300 Coupe (a 4 door coupe, WTF???) is worth. Seeing everything from high $20's to mid $40's for them with clean titles. That one will cost $5K for the parts you noted, plus a windshield, all the airbags, the dashboard, and probably a few other small but expensive parts. Seems like you'd have to get it for next to nothing in order to any hope of making a profit. As for looks, we may both love Mercedes, but we have different tastes when it comes to wheels and interior colors.

Have you tested yourself for Covid? I had headaches, a little stuffiness, and a scratchy throat, and I tested positive for Covid for 2 solid weeks in early December......... it was not fun having to quarantine for that long right before Christmas!!!

Those 2012-2016 ford focuses has the WORST DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION EVER MADE I worked on one i had to take out the trans to replace the first clutch and in order to do so I had to remove so much from the engine bay and the suspension to get the transmission out and it wasn't easy because the transmission is underneath the engine to the Right not on the back of it and guess what... THE CLUTCH WENT BAD AGAIN after putting all the parts back together and I didn't want to take it out again so I sent it to a dealer only auction because I don't want to screw somebody on the car selling it myself

The 3 cylinder turbo Buick is a joke. I rent them from time to time from Enterprise. Underpowered so I’m always thrashing them. Better fuel economy on 4 cylinders.

All three of them are money pits...The Ford Focus 2011 of course economicaly does not worth fixing it... The Mercedes will cost a fortune to bring back to spec... The Buick is the only one i would take a risk on it...

Mercedes? HAVE YOU LEARNED NOTHING? At least $10k in deployed airbags alone. Focus with a crappie Powershift transmission and tragic paint. Both are horrendous.
