This list is a bit outdated, but yes would still probably prefer ulamog over leveler and emrakul

Sunken Citadel is a great card in that deck, the 2-mana generation works well with Nykthos, Boseiju, Lair of the Hydra and Castle Garenbrig. At 20:56, Sunken Citadel could have activated Castle Garenbrig to assist with paying for Ulamog (not that it mattered that turn).

Next ban in Pioneer will be Leyline of the Guildpact. Green decks cannot prosper in Magic, much less piss on the trendy deck like Izzet Phoenix. The banning situation that WOTC makes is laughable since it is based on the criteria of Magic players who don't know how to lose and don't want to put in the effort to find solutions to combat other annoying decks.
