I recommend putting preservation characters on the 1st or 4th in the team. That way, and bcs preservation characters tend to have more aggro, any 3-character AoE damage won't really impact too much on the team bcs it will mostly hit 2 characters at most

With Fu Xuan on the team, the team position doesn't actually matter as Fu Xuan can absorb all the damage.

Don't Nihility and Abundance characters have almost as much aggro though? The end result wouldn't change with this team, not to mention Fu Xuan making it a moot point.

​@@fuumaruu7486It matters only if you have Yanqing for keeping active Soulsteel Sync. But that formation is useful for energy regeneration and, with Fu Xuan, is even pretty safe because your team can't die whenever she's alive (literally always)
