The glitter shade on your eye is a supershock shadow. Colourpop said in their KZbin Video that they wanted a glitter topper with no specific color underbase in this palette. That’s why it isn’t pigmented like you wanted it to be 🤷🏻‍♀️

One thing I do daily to achieve a monochrome look , is to do my Cream blush first and apply the remainder to my eyes before I do eyeshadow. Using the actual same products all over the face, even the lips sometimes depending on the product, really helps to bring the colors together 🥰😊☺️😘❤️
