I believe it was the Neunaber Immerse, and then at the end I used the Auto-swell function of the Strymon Big Sky.

Nice tips on the progression. A few days ago, I just made a song out of a long looping Dm chord. But, I think I should try this "moving the fifth" technique. Also, I have a question, which "swelling" technique you use? Pedal? Volume or Plugin? because I'm trying to get swells from plugins but I fail.

I use a volume pedal all the time, but for this video, I made an exception and used the auto-swell feature on my Strymon Big Sky (which isn't perfect, but it does the job just for a quick example).
