have a fine case of monocular diplopia caused by ptosis of the eyelid for a length of time to the point the cornea has been apparently permanently 'warped' by the drooping eyelid. What can you do for that?

I have it like 5 years it got worse every day , i had no touch surgery 6 months ago but that didnt help either neurology retina and cornea is clear i think the problem is because of the eye lens.
