Sort of. It’s more along the lines of psychological and body horror. As for ntr… kind of? There’s nobody consistent enough to develop that kind of relationship in the first place. I’ll spoil the story lightly if you’re really worried: Tomie is the antagonist, and the story’s titular character. She’s very manipulative and coerces men to do what she likes, often multiple at a time. So technically that could be classified as ntr…? Though I wouldn’t really call it that in this case. Tomie will probably make you feel more horrified and grossed out than invoke any jealousy or betrayal like ntr does. It’s a horror manga, first and foremost.
