Thats the beauty of electronic music. Even tho, repetitiveness is THE definition of edm as a whole (and im not using edm as a genre but as the electronic music species in the music world) it keeps evolving as fast as technology allows it, so even tho the repetitiveness on the beats is part of it, the sounds grow and grow and get better over the years. Thats the beauty of technology, killing vinyls was the best that couldve happened to edm. Dont get me wrong, i will allways respect my elders, but new techs allowed the music to go to new levels. It aint like other genres of music, where producers and artists negate themselves to use this new tools.
