This was a last minuet cover. :x And I struggled with it today. It's not because I don't know the song, I just have bad memories with this song, and it was the only one I could whip out on short notice. It was either that, or upload an original song. It took longer to make a backtrack for it, so I chose this one.
I do love this movie, and I do love this song, but I actually performed it for school. It was actually supposed to be part of my Japanese recital set for when I was studying Music Education. I jumped that ship after two semester. It definitely was one of my most stressful times, but not my number 1.
Anyway, after a nice heart to heart pep talk with my beloved Grasshopper, he encouraged me to post more original songs. I'll post one next week, I just gotta make the back track. LOL.
What's YOUR favorite Ghibli movie? Mine's Spirited Away, and Ponyo. BUT I LOVE THEM ALL.. But Spirited away is my all time favorite. You know.. I had ponyo back tracks on my dad's computer.. I might bring those out some time. ANYWAY.

This sounds absolutely amazing. Nearly made me tear, up. Makes me think about Lelouch from Code Geass, the second half of the lyrics, almost entail C.C. looking at him and knowing the person he really is, and the tragic sacrifices he made to change the world.
