Statistically speaking, the best properties to buy can be divided into 2 categories: properties most landed on, and best properties for expansion. The properties most landed on in order, goes: 1st: Mayfair, Trafalgar Square and Pall Mall, as they all have chance cards that take you directly to them. 2nd: all the stations, as they also have chance cards leading to the nearest one, however, as there are 4 of them, the odds of the card taking you to a specific one are divided by 4. 3rd: Euston Road and The Angel, Islington, as they are the most likely properties to be landed on from the start, due to the normal distribution of dice rolls, which dictates that the most probable rolls using 2 dice is 7, then 6 and 8, 5 and 9, etc. seeing as the 7th space from 'Go' is a chance, it is not a property, and cannot bring in revenue. Therefore, the next most likely land from 'Go' is either the 6th or 8th space, A.K.A. The Angel, Islington / Euston Road. The best properties for expansion, are quite simply, the properties at the end of each row, ( Light Blues, Oranges, Yellows, Dark Blues) along with the 2 sets that only have 2 properties - The Browns and the Dark Blues. As the dark blues are in both these categories, I consider them to be the best for building houses on

Vikk: Easily the best player as in how he gets the best deals and makes the best decisions but mega unlucky... Tobi: Not the best player, doesn't think about deals enough and plays it less seriously but has insane luck... Josh: All rounder, not bad or good at anything.... pretty good luck but some stupid aims like going for oranges and pinks. Should be building on reds and getting hold of stations rather then dwelling on preferences of colour...
