I did fly with Air Canada business class so I'm not sure if they offer larger space in the over head but I had no issues. I think you shouldn't have a problem and usually if the flight is fully booked airlines offer free carry-on check in.

I believe it took 5 business days. If you do live in Toronto Nordstrom carries their bags :)

Anyone know how to open the buckles inside? I cannot figure them out. I've pinched the sides, squeezed the top, tried to pry them, I'm stumped....best security feature ever - no one will ever be able to get the straps opened.

It's a beautiful piece but seems a tad bit bigger than AirCanada's carry-on luggage size requirements. I'm so close to buy it but still debating cause I don't want something which won't be allowed to carry on.

I was wondering the same has anyone ever got stopped ar the gate and was made to put their bag in the sizing bin and forced to check it in or pay xtra? I didn't realize it's actually an inch bigger on both sides. I just assumed it was standard size cuz of being labeled a carry on. I guess u can say that was my fault for not double checking measurements. Hopefully I won't get stopped at the gate and my bag is checked for size. I saw one bag advertised where u can pop off the wheels so it fits in the sizing bin. So u actually get 3,4 xtra inches of bag space.

I've had it for about 10 months now and it's still brand new haven't cleaned it and I store in the luggage cover it comes with. I also purchased their travel bag!

I've had this bag since Christmas. I'm so disappointed with it. For starters the "laptop" storge can hold a tablet or MacBook air but if your want to place a charger in with it expect a struggle to close it and possible damage

I got the pro and my main complaint is sadly the reason I purchased it. The front pocket. I put a 12 in MacBook Pro, charger, and passport in there with a moderately filled interior and I felt like I was going to damage my laptop from having to push against it so hard to close it. I even took everything out and did the same 3 items in the front pocket to see if that made a difference and it didn’t. There’s not much room. I wish it was bigger and could actually accommodate more items. If I had a lab top, charger, passport, and a folder with some papers from a meeting I honestly don’t think it would close

I agree the front pocket is a waste of space cuz its so tight once u put ur clothes in it. I got caught up in the ad video,when actually it's just more convenient for me to keep my laptop or Ipad in my backpack so I can just pull it out once I'm on the plane. Then to fumble around trying to pull it out while folks is behind u like come on buddy hurry up. 😅

The front flap is meant for your laptop and charger. These items need to be removed for quick inspection at the airport.

@@tishon24 what’s your opinion on checked bag? I mean, how are all these people claiming they’re living large for a month with only a carry on? You have to park a purely casual wardrobe, unless you’re trying to hit upscale spots wearing T shirts and sneakers. Additionally, there’s no way of bringing anything substantial home if you only have a carry on.
