I'm so happy that Umu was finally able to interview Monotree!!! They are one of my favorite producing teams and most of my favorite songs have been produced by them. I was very surprised to hear that Jaden would request songs by Monotree rather than him directing what kind of genre or image he wanted for a specific member. I was also very surprised and impressed at how each stage in ONF's Road to Kingdom performances took place in different eras before finally enter the New World. Very good use of storytelling through music!!

I've been a MonoTree fan for years (Fuse here), and their members have written many songs I love for many Kpop artists. I continually discover that songs I love from years ago--from groups like SNSD, KARA, or Rainbow--were written by MonoTree members (I'm also a longtime Sweetune fan, so it's no surprise I came to love MonoTree as well). But my mind is truly blown discovering that Joohyoung did Super Junior's Happiness remake. That was my first Kpop song I ever remember hearing way back in 2007 and it's still one of my most beloved. 🥹

WM Entertainment is probs the easiest entertainment to be a producer under...they are like, 'I believe in you. You do what you want to do.' They do not set limits and I feel like producers thrive from that freedom and are just happy with that work style. Its honstly so nice❤
