Hello KZbin family!
In today's video, I'm sharing a Monpa cuisine recipe with a bit of a modern twist. In our Monpa community, this dish is called "Puttang." Traditionally, it is made using a handcrafted wooden noodle maker called a "Puttang Shink." However, in this video, we'll be making it by hand. Usually, the noodles are made with buckwheat, but we used plain flour.
