no the enhanced fugita scale (EF) Shows that any windspeed above or equal to 200mph is indicated an EF5. EF4 is between 166 to 199 mph.

If it flips/pulls a tiv 2, you should say DNI in chat. this means do not intercept, windspeeds confirmed by a probe that is more then the tiv2's max wind threshold is a DNI
