Hey Brian, thats so great to relive the wonderful time we spent together! Thanks for posting the vids. You left out all the times you had to tell me to quit making so much noise and to quit breathing so hard! :) You are a fantastic guide Brian and i could have never accomplished these goals without your help! It amazes me how many people think using a gun is "cheating" humans have been using tools since their existence.

@@teresachurch2217 You realize bow hunting and spear hunting still exists. And people have been using guns for hundreds of years to hunt animals. Its not our fault we are smarter than the animals we hunt.

@@teresachurch2217 Thanks for bringing to my attention my spelling error. Anyways, these animals will all die in the end anyways, and in much worse ways than getting shot by a gun. Sebastian, Alaska law requires harvesting ALL the edible meat. The shooting parts easy. Close cutting/deboning is HARD work. Im sure once the hunter who spent at least 5K for that hunt also shipped home the meat too. Once ones been ruined by wild alaskin meat your never the same. Town food sux after that. Im sure the guide followed through & made sure the hunter left knowing how to properly cook the rest.

It does look like he was hit in the rear third of his body. If it was a ripple effect why didn't we see a ripple in the front third or middle third of the bear?? Its likely the bullet hit a big bone and deflected through his body and came out from where we perceive it as going in. But from that angle he's shooting at it would had to deflect at least 90-120 degrees which I'm not sure is possible hitting something as comparably soft as bone. I know bone deflects bullets easily, but I'm not quite sure it would deflect it that much, and still have enough energy to travel more than 2/3rds of the way lenghtways through a throughbears body and come out, but to be fair the bear at the end had blood coming out his nose and that would only happen if they shot the lungs. Mind you that could be easily ecplained. If the bear was only injured and they shot it again off camera. Im not on here judging or anything I'm just curious myself.
@MrDragonsEye054 жыл бұрын
atourdeforce yeah, as you saw the bears reaction in the entering wound, looked like it hit around her back leg. I think they finished her and didn’t edit it in.

Papa Falcon * i go for the ripple affect of the skin / hair , getting whacked with 2800/3000 ft lbs energy causes a ripple ,! if it had been shot as far as you say it would have ran a mile . I shot a 6x6 Elk at about 250 yds , facing away 30*s to left , aim point ,3” of left hip, entry point , 2/3 rib for center mass , I saw the crap/blood fly out ,cut off 3 ribs, through lungs , angled up entered base of neck , followed the muscle , stopped 6” from head , that was looking back in my direction , turned and walked away , 1 more ,( which I did not need but what do you do when your trophy is walking away? )entered right hip broke the leg bone 2” below ball , 30/06 , Winchester failsafe 180g , broke off 1 fan blade, crossed over to left side , broke a rib by the 3 cut ones, bent the bullet , continued on , stopped at base of neck

@@sikahunting If mankind sets fire to the Earth's atmosphere as a result of a massive global thermonuclear war, there would be nothing left too hunt, the sky itself would be blazing with fire. If there was a thermonuclear reaction perhaps between deuterium & nitrogen ? Theoretical notions... Already though the major forests are being razed by man, given over to commercial crops. The Jaguar's natural habitat destroyed to a large extent by man for example, a vanishing domain. Animals are hunted for sometimes the most trivial reasons, a photo shoot opportunity of a dead Lion. Not even for meat, food reasons. The Czar thermonuclear 1950's test over the Barents Sea, because the atomic bombs dropped on Japan in the 1940s were considered not powerful enough. Also some hunting techniques cause needless suffering. A weak, injuring arrow shot, instead of say a sniper shot to the head of the animal. I'm not a hunter but can understand mankind's ability with technology may result in result in a barren earth. If the sky above is not set ablaze the saying goes world war 4 would be fought with sticks & stones. It appears to me that a lot of hunting is not even for food. Elephants, snow leopards, tigers, Jaguars....the list goes on...lions deliberately poisoned on the grasslands by toxic laced meat bait by illegal cattle grazing activities .
