Why is everyone so concerned with whips lol. Who the heck cares. The games not called MX vs ATV X games. Just go out and ride and do some lol. And I’m more concerned with there’s no rhythm to the tracks. It kind of reminds me of a balloon riding around a track. Like moon physics, just floats off everything the rider runs into. But as far as whips. I never see Tomac come off a race and say “We’ll the rhythm lanes were really tough, was having to double double that back section. But what got me were my whips were just off tonight lol, I just couldn’t get the track down cause my whips were off a little. “ But yea the moon gravity physics are just ugh. You don’t really have to nail the track. You can just kind of hit a few jumps clean, bounce around the rest. I’m just clueless and on why they have the physics like that in a rhythm game.

I mean you do have to hit everything pretty smooth to be competitive though. Especially online. Even certain tracks on Supercross 1 (Anahiem 2 for me) were very tough on 450 realistic and if didn't hit every straight damn near perfect the AI was on my ass. I always had a tough time at Anahiem 2 for some reason.

This Looks a lot better than previous Gameplays :) Tracks are looking a little bit sharper, and challenging. The Whips are looking better but yes still not free. But it's not that big deal for me, because the Whips arent the main thing for me. Im glad that the ground physics are still looking Solid. Looks lile an Overall good game for me. If they could make great Whips in the next game i still would be thankful. Thanks for the vid Tylyn 👍

I don’t think any of them even ride or watch supercross in life because I can tell you they all whip hub scrubs flairs little tweaks laying the bike flat you name it .. whips and scrubs are what makes Motocross racing have that cutting edge adrenaline pack racing feeling .. every tweak bend transition of your body plays into effect of ride and also adds a major appear to your riding style .. if everyone rode around like stick men Motocross would be a boring sports .. adding his small little feature is extremely important especially if you want that cutting edge addicting game play .. Ehhh i played a few laps and on multiple tracks and it's kind of hard to tell right now you do start to see ruts form. tbh i wish i did longer races but i think that option was locked

Its not exactly a "console" issue. It has to do with the response time of the monitor or TV. I have a 1ms response time monitor and when i play on a tv it feels slow and laggy.

One thing I LOVE about this game that no one is saying is that the tracks are not so one like like you can take different lines and not just the main line and the jumps are more peaked out unlike the first supercross game

In a race, it’s called scrubbing the jump. They aren’t whipping for show. It keeps you lower in air to get across the gap faster.

The bike looks so small on the track when it goes around corners. It looks out of scale compared to the track. It sometimes looks like that too on some of the main straights. I hope it’s not too late to fix issues like that.

Maybe they forgot to turn of the function, that the TV makes the Picture better. Almost all new TVs have this. I had to set my TV on Gaming mode on the console channel to get rid of the delay.

I wonder if he was trying to capture the footage that would cause a major lag on the console vs the PC. I notice it all the time when i am recording the races I use a Elgato HD60 Pro that is attached directly to the mother board no usb cables and I can still see a slight lag so I bet that's what it was not the console those things are mini super computers heck even the military were using the PS3 years back because of its computing power. So if there was lag it was somewhere in his setup. It takes time to transfer data from the console to the capture card then through the usb cable to the computer then to the screen.

My biggest issue with the first installment of this game was that the AI was way too slow. For example, I had it on the highest level of difficulty and I was able to pull away from the AI before the first lap was over. When I was in career mode on a stock bike I would have the lead before the lap one was complete it was at that point where I took the game back and got something else.

I just have a dire passion for these Motocross games I am not the only one who feels this way .. if they would have just left the whips the same most people can agree with me it be fine .. but since they completely change the whip feature made it look like GPPRO I just have deep concerns.. tons of people are seeing what I’m saying the ones that don’t are all probably young little kids or guys that defend the game because they want to look good for there subscribers jus here to speak the truth man I grew up playing all these console dirt bike games I know what I’m talking about .. that’s why barley anyone play GPPRO anymore that’s why all out came to a complete crash is because there is not enough honest opinions in real life whips and scrubs all play into technique you gain 4-5 seconds off most jumps scrub sweeps and whips .. instead of pop flying off a jump if you scrub with technique it will allow you to glide across that triple at a lower altitude with more speed .. instead of like just sending it like Ronnie Mac type shit .. and that’s the thing that most people are getting wrong about whips and scrubs it’s a part of the sport

Scrubbing would increase velocity over the jump and would have a better trajectory to get back the ground faster and would be much faster. Very stylish too so it would let players like me enjoy the game, bouncing doubles like whoops and not being able to have style (whips and scrubs) makes me play all out, it's a shame bc all out does not have good ground physics but I can have my own style

One thing that has always annoyed me is, the bikes have NO bottom end. A real bike will allow you to throttle out of a missed double or rhythm and land the next. Healthy amount of throttle and clutch does it. Not in these games. Why must we have to have momentum to clear everything? No seat bounce? That's a big part of riding these machines.
