You can hear the pain of "So what if I'm the monster", of accepting that some times vile acts are necessary for the good of the future and the ones you love. GAH. This feels like so much more of an emotional low point when you sing it. My heart fucking breaks when I hear you sing "So what if I'm the monster?" at the end. 😭 This is the moment where Ody gives into being who the gods demand they be. I miss the Ody who leveled "When mercy is a skill more of this world could learn to use" at their own mentor. And just. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Feelings. 10/10.
