The fighters probably have a massive speed advantage which normally dominates in dogfights and of course have long-range weapons, but the honey bees are also a much smaller target than fighter planes which will complicate things. It depends a lot on just how large the hive is: If it's numerous enough, they can just tank the limited damage the fighters do before they have to return to base. On a more strategic scale the BF-109 is not a bomber so the bees can just hide in their hive when they attack, the airfield has no such automatic immunity from assault by bee girl airborne infantry, but how likely that assault is to succeed depends on a lot of uncertain factors.
