If we get to wave 4 and they don't do a Holt Hyde creppo we should really annoy the hell out of mattel, multiple emails, annoy them on mattel creations, create a petition. Cause if they skipped him because boy dolls don't sell we need to show them that there's a demand. I am not quite sure if they understand the dynamic of reproductions. Take how much they changed Lagoona’s face, it reads to me as if they thought that since she wasn’t a hot seller back in the day she needed to be changed to sell better. And that’s not how any of this works. There is such a high demand for Holt because he didn’t sell as well in the past, but I don’t know if they see it that way.

It seems like Mattel has their own scalpers. They release these in limited quantities, so right away people are paying scalpers. Everyone says it's for people that didn't get them before. But all the reviews I see are with people who also have the originals. And even some of those people still bought 2 or 3 duplicates. But Mattel knows those hard core original fans will buy them up. So, I'm still learning how this doll collecting works. I like MH obviously...here I am. But I don't see the same issues with other doll lines as much as MH. I've learned you must be ready to buy as soon as they release or you don't get it. How are we supposed to NOT support scalpers, when we have such a small window of time to get them, when originally released? When they're out of stock, they don't tell you if or when they'll be restocked. And if you don't get them from a scalper now, there's a chance they'll just go up in price. It seems like a mean game 🤣 but again, I'm learning. Sorry for my rant...🤣

If you can't personally get them or feel your chances are low try and make friends with someone who actively collects them. They'll have the juice on every drop and see if they can get them or not. Also ask local comic book or collectible stores if theirs anyway they could order them for you since certain brands they work with have those dolls in their catalogs when they buy their inventory.

Honestly from far away you can't tell the smudge and her eyes look pretty perfect placement wise it still sucks patooties for sure. Like the thumbnail you can't see the smudge same with the last shot of the vid. It is crazy how close they look to the originals and how they kinda upgraded/fixed things from the og to now.

the bag is different, the og had a solid "outline" on the gem but the new one has the same bumps(?there has to be a better word lol) around the gem! I honestly like the creeproduction more lol I hope I can get them a goullia soon
