@@gothgammy666 I've seen 3 packs with better quality than these for less. Each doll on her own is giving 20$ playline in terms of quality. I don't want dolls for free, but if i'm paying 125$ on a doll the bare minimum is for the quality to match the price

They’re cute, but they look like Disney Store’s play line version of the Sandersons. It’s not really giving monster high, too bright. They keep making plastic harnesses for all these dolls nowadays too and that’s getting boring.

I think one of Mary's shoes has a vacuum as one of the object heels. There's a scene where they ride on broom substitutes, but there aren't 3 normal ones so she gets a vacuum. I bet there's a broom on Winnifred's shoes and a mop on Sarah's. Mop and vacuum heels are just insane like if that's the case these might be some of the dumbest object heels we've ever seen.

It's not just a currency thing. Prices are legitimately higher abroad and they vary between regions and countries. Here, Rainbow High dolls go for 35-43 euros, which is about 40-50 dollars. I would understand if they went for 25 euros, which is around 30 dollars. That would be the consequences of exchange but fair locally, but that's not the case. I heard that in the middle east they can even go for around a hundred US dollars, which is completely nuts. It's more on the level of import taxes, etc. but I still think it's a cash grab on some level, because it's wildly disproportionate to other imported goods.

Sarah's bottom of the dress looks like that cheap skirt that comes with a Disney doll, Like you mentioned. Other than that, they look fantastic.

Honestly I don't mind it, I feel like they could of definitely gone with Darker colors though.. with those light and bright colors they chose it feels kind of.. I hate to say it but Playline.. I also hate to say it but I see myself giving all of them custom dresses if I find someone selling their dresses fit for Monster High's.. The dresses are just so.. cheap looking.. For some reason I didn't like Mary either but I found out why lol. She has G3 Clawdeens screening. Or atleast a similar one to it.. I never liked that screening 😅 If they do the object heels with the "Us" dolls I'm gonna have a meltdown lol.

At first, i was really excited. But i imeedoately noticed the cheepo fabric, the shorter more graviry defying dress shapes, the object heels, winnie's shoes being leprechaun green (even if the sculpt is very good, i wasnt vibing with the color). But the more i look at them, especially mary (my favorite color is orange, and orange purple and then black and white, the classic halloween mix is my whole jam) i might just have to get these... at a later point, i know, i know, this will be the cheapest the dolls ever are, but i just cant right now. My boyfriend, i just had asked him to, when the time comes, allow me $100 to get the wave 1 creepro, and he said yes, but then just before this his brother left all the rest of his stuff behind, and hes itching to have that stuff back (buying new), i just cant do that to him.

all of their shoes need more paint detail tbh 😑 i don’t mind object heels in general but these do seem lazier than most. core refresh cleo had some good object heels with the canopic jars! i’m in the same boat, these dolls are not for me. i enjoyed hocus pocus when i was 12 but i kinda think it’s extremely overhyped by now. but i hope everyone who wants these dolls is able to get them!

Love the skullector dolls they should be abit cheaper because of some of the quality, and Sarah does also remind me of Tiffany skullector it’s probably the hair and the dark makeup they chose for Sarah!!🎀💖

Mary's face doesn't look right to me and you are so right about the cheaply made clothing. I also wish Winifred's shoes were black. As someone who never gets the skillet or dolls but always likes them, I do also like this set a lot. Atp, ik the skullector dolls aren’t smt I buy and I just love to see new ones release and people like you and others get them, review them, discuss them etc. As for the object heel thing, I do agree with it being done a certain way that doesn’t look tacky, and honestly idk if this might be the issue, but smt I noticed is that in all three of those dolls, the entire shoe is one solid color, but then the heel is a very different color. Like, I feel if there was more paint detail on the shoes, as well as more elements of the object itself embedded in the shoe, it wouldn’t look so out of place or jarring. Ion know, just sum I thought of. 🤷‍♂️😅

our community is terrible lol. the amount of wednesday dolls i’ve seen people posting about being returned to walmart with cheaper dolls in the boxes has actually been astonishing. and it has to be older teens or adults doing it bc you know damn well a child isn’t doing all that. our community is full of greedy, selfish, self-absorbed, hateful & judgmental people. it’s exhausting. there is a big hierarchy within the community too, especially with bigger creators. the entitlement is real.
