@@athos9293 I’m on my second run through, also at GR999. Played initially a couple years ago on a solo server. That broke so now I’m on rain, trying to convince my freind to at least try magspike is fun. He keeps complaining that hammer can’t dodge out of stuff, and refuses to use anything but hammer. Meanwhile I use Swaxe and tonfa for most things, but magspike for road and higher tier Zeniths. At least I can actually Slay White Fatalis now in a party.

Why doesn't fist.moe (which is my absolute reference for frontier) talk about that 2nd gauge (the left one) for extreme style ? I mean by observation I guess the right one is for light sword mode and the left one for "normal sword mode" (the one you have with heaven style) but it is annoying not to know

That guage believe it or not is the stamina meter for the weapon's mobility. It needs to be conserved and used effectively in order for the 2nd guage to build up completely. Otherwise if either too much running or evasive moves are used, it'll overheat and leave you extremely vulnerable. But once that 2nd guage does fill up at max, there's hardly any problem to work with

Despite never playing frontier I absolutely love it. The power and difficulty scaling looks like it reaches ridiculous heights weapons and their styles are all absolutely ridiculous too, SWITCH AXE. I'm still waiting for the day we can play frontier again.
