So... just so I got it strait: Fill meter = brave mode. In brave mode: Draw attack charge = awesome and quick. Normal charge = pretty great as usual. Normal charge with A = gap closer. Evade is now pretty neat. If no brave mode I can charge only after stance.

Yeah, lots. Otherwise the Switch wouldn't be selling as well as it is. XD Anyway, my top exclusive recommendations would be the usual suspects: - Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Splatoon 2 - Super Mario Odyssey - Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Mario Kart 8 - Bayonetta 1&2 ...and of course, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate Personally, just Zelda and Splatoon 2 were already well worth the purchase for me.

My favorite games on the Switch: MHGU (of course :P), Breath of the Wild, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Skyrim, LA Noire, Super Mario Odyssey, Pokken Tournament, Splatoon 2, Mario Kart 8, and of course Smash 5 coming out later this year will definitely be one of the best games on the Switch, if not the best game out of all 2018-2019 games on any console.

yeah, same here, also it feels like we could get more weapon tutorials in the week since right now it looks like we're getting 3 tutorials a week when it could be 6, which also means that if you main the last weapon of the last tutorial you are going to have to wait for about a month to get it instead of two weeks .

Quick question, when the valor meter is filled, when you go into a draw charge attck where it is quicker to charge, there isnt a chance for it to over charge and hit lvl2 for that move right? It feels like its so quick that it hits lvl3 automatically at the end.

locking camera in MH, will just make the camera perspective behave wildly especially when you are under the monster. and become worse when dealing with fast moving monster and reduce your awareness of your surroundings which is bad since you don't wanna get trapped in corners or in the middle of small monsters,etc. I'd prefer the manual old style, gives me more control to see my surrounding battlefield to decide my positioning.

Can someone please explain what the way to go for GS in MHGU? Hit and run builds with crit draw etc? Or full combo builds with exploiting weaknesses etc? So utilising the full potential of GS through "full comboing" play style or "hit-and-run" play style?

I've found that a hit-and-run play style works better. The Great Sword's combo is quite slow, and you just get more bang for your buck from waiting for an opening, doing a Charged Slash, roll out to stop the end lag, sheath, and repeat. There is one set that's tailored to this hit-and-run play style of Great Sword - the Black, Black S, and Black X sets, though it's better to seek out the Black S and Black X sets. All of them give you the Blightproof skill, which negates all elemental blights, regardless of what your resistances are. The Low Rank Black set gives you 10 points in Fast Charge, giving you Focus, which increases the speed in which you charge up gauges or charged attacks. The Black S (High Rank) set gives you 10 points in Fast Charge and 10 points in Crit Draw, which activates the Critical Draw skill, which gives all of your draw attacks +100% affinity. This means that even weapons with negative affinity can deal positive critical hits with draw attacks, while weapons with 0% affinity will always deal critical hits. Unfortunately, there is no benefit for weapons that already have positive affinity. The Black X (G-Rank) set gives you the same as the Black S set, but is the only armor set in the game that gives 10 points in Readiness, which activates the Sheath Control skill, granting you the effects of not one, but two skills at the same time! In this case, you get the effects of Quick Sheath (faster sheathing) and Punishing Draw (draw attacks deal slightly more damage, and will deal stun damage if they hit a monster's head, just like the Hammer and Hunting Horn). As you might guess, Critical Draw, Focus, Quick Sheath and Punishing Draw are the four armor skills most useful to the Great Sword. However, there is one additional skill that you can add with decorations: Challenge Sharpen. By equipping five Razor Sheath Jewels (three on your weapon/talisman and two on the armor), you get 10 points in Sheath Sharpen, which activates Challenge Sharpen. This skill gives you a chance for your weapon to regain sharpness whenever you sheath it while there is an enraged monster in the area. In G-Rank, monsters tend to become enraged easily and will stay enraged for long periods. Thus, by abusing the Valor Sheath, you may never need to use a Whetstone!

I know it's a year late but the hit and run play style has also worked better for me, especially since valor automatically works with crit draw since the draw attack strong charge when you have meter is counted. If it was anything like world with the god given gift of the shoulder lunge then I'd go with the latter.

What's the different between the two and, since they have -70 affinity at start, what is the path for them. Overall question, what are they, and why they have a small crown on their name? There is an armor set called Chakra and it has no visual, it's just stats+slots so like an invisible armour set, he probably transmoged that to the helmet

Neko is in the Palico Ranch at the back right of the area, you can also talk to the Chamberlyne in your bedroom who has the option, it will ask you to request items and then after doing a quest you can collect the rewards.

You have to request goods and send out palaco to gather, not sure there is a garden (im still fairly new to GenU)

Sean Lu No garden. Just the trader. Talk to Neko (Means Cat) or your housekeeper to multiply items. You can choose more than just plants to multiply and you need cats in order to use it. Hope this helps.
