LUCKILY, there's global matchmaking! it works just like HAT.

Could I ask where are the points to hit after you have finish the first health bar and it cast that huge wind blast. Is it only the head and the part connecting its wings and body? the other part have no damage (for those who are wondering)

I assume you're using ranged. As long as your shots doesnt hit its torso thats fine. Wings/tail/head/toe is fine.
