great video how do you record it ? DO you use remotejoy lite ? And also how did you get such great sound quality, when I connect my PSP street with a male to male 3.5 jack to my microphone plug I get an annoying hissing in my background I recorded with fraps but the hissing is very annoying, any ideas how to reduce it ? :/

I use RemoteJoy Lite to display the game. I record using Camtasia 7 recorder (it captures video and sound) I think that hissing sound has more to do with the Mini-USB cord you're using (though I still do get the buzzing noise, and yes it's annoying)
