Good game but awful optimisation. Hope they fix it on final release. Open Beta is free to play until Nov 4 on Steam.

You are playing with a card LOWER then recommended specs. Also along with recommended it says frame generation is required + medium graphics. None of these tests have frame generation enabled. In this case you are hitting exactly the frame rate they said is benchmark. I will agree they can optimize the game better so that the visual differences impact performance more, but this is what there benchmark is.

Can run 2K on medium for some time before polygons appeared. Tried 1080p too but even the text feels too blurry. Hope Capcom could optimize the texture and model size to well below 6GB for 3060 6GB cards to have more VRAM leeway to avoid polygons.

My 3060 laptop ran with higher FPS but looked like a PS2 game with no textures

Damn you didn't get polygon monsters like me, the same 3060 laptop here, but my cpu is better r7 5800h and my gpu is 100w
