Charge Blade is one of those things that looks 10 times harder on paper. Once you start swinging it, you get the flow of it. Just keep your phials charged, and choose your way to spent those (be it attacking or charging your shield/two-handed axe/sword), while taking advantage of guard points.

As a Lance main there are some things I would change on it mainly the Counter Thrust, mainly making it be a press to hold to perform a counter thrust, but just pressing the button down will just perform a hight thrust

I don't understand the tier list. It's a list of how easy a weapon is to pick up? How is Hunting Horn in S tier then? lol long sword is extremely easy in Wilds. Bow should be lower, higher skill ceiling now. Switch axe should move down too.

i thinK HH is SUPER EZ, LS is to many things going for it so its not as simple, and bow is literlty AIM down press Square or triangle with the addon Iframe dodge Bow is super simple now

@@KrokThrasher You might be the only person who plays Monster Hunter who thinks Long Sword is easier than Hunting Horn. I was just playing with my mates saying how brain dead it is in Wilds. I guess you have to look at it from the perspective of someone who has never played before. No way they'll pick up Hunting Horn easily. But that's my opinion. I'm a Gunlance God and that's a weapon that's all skill.

Mastering it will take some work, but that's the same with all the weapons Hunting Horn being a great starter weapon is questionable because fundamentally it's about playing notes, stacking songs, and playing said songs to buff yourself...all whilst maintaining combat efficiency You're effectively focused on two jobs (songs/buffs, and combat), and that will likely be difficult for new players to get their head around doing both jobs at the same time to get any real value - especially as they'll be getting used to the mechanics/features of MH in general (which can be overwhelming at first) Anecdotally, I saw many LS users, and rarely any HHs in the beta

Just FYI, Greatsword can in fact stun, tackle deals KO damage, hit it enough time and it will stun the monster

As a hunting horn main I can't disagree more this wepon is confusing af to people and alot of management sure the skill ceiling is high but so is the floor

every weapon has a skill celling HH is simple to Grasp the weapon as a base. your not gonna say HH is harder then CB, Gunlance, Long sword, bow, Both bowguns r you?
