Yeah, I gotta say I respect that Limia king. Most kings in anime would be freaking out, pissing themselves, wanting to runaway or throw their subordinates in front of them to protect themselves. But that guy he wants to, one, try and save the kid who just changed into a monster and, 2, show his subjects that he's willing to put his ass on the line in order to save his people I like that.

In the webnovel version Makoto at first gives orders to mobilize all of his forces to destroy the monsters and then retracts those orders to ask Tomoe and Mio their opinions.

Yeah the web novel version is way better because it shows that Makoto Is changing His mind and thinking about More options available for him and His powe, not only relying on His followers ideas
